We needed a patio in the back of our house because my dad lives with us and walks with a walker and we only had a little 2x2 that was put in when the house built 14 years ago. They gave me a quote and a date for the project to be completed. They contacted me a few days before the project and told me Saul would be in contact with me to confirm times and the date. Saul and his coworker were extremely nice and professional both when he called me a few days before the project date and the day he was out working on the patio.
Concrete Indy did an amazing job! First off, they asked if the could get started a day early on my project. How many times has a contractor of any kind shown up EARLIER than what they said they would? They prepped everything a day early. The team included us on the decisions we needed to make during prep, and continued to keep us in the loop with any potential issues.
I appreciated working with Concrete Indy. My only suggestion is that they should take the lead on contacting 811 as I had to do that myself. The 811 representatives told me that the contractor really should be the one doing that. The project turned out great!

Great work by Indy Concrete! The new cement pad for our hot tub looks so good, it is almost a shame we’ll be covering it up. It looks like a nice patio extension and the steps are perfect. They came in and out with out any issues, and we would use them again.
